Searching for a detail-oriented Site Manager focussing EHS standards, drive operational efficiency, and elevate service excellence in the offshore wind sector
The Site Manager will be reporting to the Service Operations Manager and will be a member of the site team in IJmuiden. The Site Manager on shift has the overall operational responsibility for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) on Site and the directive decision making authority for all daily Service operations. Provide visible, strong and active EHS leadership within the Site and Project. Responsible to ensure the issuance of EHS standards, regulations and procedures to ensure a #Homesafe environment and to perform within your leading function as a role model.
- Line manager for up to 15 technicians (progress talks, helping them develop and thrive).
- Responsible for ensuring that activities at site comply with company and project targets regarding Safety, Schedule, Cost and Quality.
- Active management of Risks and Opportunities of the site. And in case of deviations responsible for developing and implementing countermeasures whilst providing transparency for escalation and reporting.
- Customer management on site. Representing the company and the Service project as the first counterpart on Site towards the customer.
- (Functional) Leadership of the site team consisting of Planners, Technicians and Stock Keepers.
- Contribute to improve Service KPIs as well as reporting.

- Experience with ERP systems and a good knowledge of Office 365 & other Microsoft applications.
- Fluent in English, preferably also fluent in Dutch.
